Politique de remboursement

Any item may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order for a prompt exchange or refund. Once the return package has been received, exchanges or refunds will be issued to reflect the sum of the returned products in their original condition and packaging, less shipping charges. Orders with incorrect items will be addressed at no additional cost to the customer. Before returning the item, please email us directly, BelleauWood@nicaoro.com, and let us know what item you are returning and why. It is our desire that every customer be satisfied with their purchase and service. 

If you need to return an item, please send insured via UPS, or USPS to the following address: 881 S. Kings Hwy Fort Pierce, FL 34945.

Please notify us before returning any items stating if you want a credit or replacement. For damaged merchandise, please retain all packing material and contact us immediately via email at BelleauWood@nicaoro.com. In addition, any promotional items that came with the item you are returning, must be returned or you will be charged for the full retail price of the promotional item(s).

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
